Working principally under the MEASURE Evaluation Project and the Department of Social Welfare, the Community Care M&E Advisor will work with the Director, DSW and Senior Technical Director, MEASURE Evaluation to:
Work closely with the Department of Social Welfare Zanzibar on overall M&E activities including working from the DSW office as appropriate, attending DSW meetings and regularly meeting and collaborating with DSW staff on related M&E activities.
Work with the Department of Social Welfare in Zanzibar on the development and implementation of the Most Vulnerable Children M&E System, including but not limited to supporting development and implementation of the National MVC M&E System Strengthening plan.
